1. Provider

2. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of the AI Audit and related services. The services are aimed at businesses and professionals, not consumers.

3. Ordering process

• The client submits a request through the form. The request creates no payment obligation.
• NouCodi reviews the request and, if accepted, emails the scope, a questionnaire, a confidentiality agreement and a secure payment link (Stripe).
• The contract is formed upon payment. The applicable price is the one stated in the payment link.

4. Audit content

• Detailed review and documentation of up to 3 key company processes.
• Identification of AI integration opportunities and a prioritized roadmap.
• Cybersecurity audit based on international best practices (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST CSF as reference frameworks). It is not an official certification.
• 1-hour video call to present the report.

Estimated delivery time: 7 business days from payment and receipt of the necessary information.

5. Price and taxes

Prices in euros. Prices include applicable taxes. The audit price increases with each audit completed; the price in force when the payment link is sent is honored for 3 days. If the client subsequently hires NouCodi for the implementation, the audit price is fully deducted from the implementation quote.

6. Client obligations

Provide truthful information and access to the people needed for the audit and, if the implementation is contracted, to the systems it requires.

7. Cancellation and refunds

If the client cancels before the audit has started, the full amount will be refunded. Once the audit has started, no refund applies.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep the information received confidential. NouCodi will only use the client's information to provide the service.

9. Report ownership

The final report belongs to the client for internal use. NouCodi retains ownership of its methodologies, templates and tools.

10. Liability

Recommendations are based on the information provided. NouCodi does not guarantee specific financial results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Laws of the Principality of Andorra. Courts of Andorra.

In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
