We comply with Andorran Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data (LQPD) and, when processing data of individuals in the European Union, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Audit request form data: name, email, company, size, country, website and the information about your business you provide.
- Billing and payment data if you purchase a service (payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details).
- Internal company information shared during the audit, treated as confidential.
3. Purposes and legal basis

4. Retention
Requests that are not accepted are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the statutory tax and commercial limitation periods.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We use providers acting as data processors: Web3Forms (form submission), Stripe (payments), our email provider and Cloudflare (hosting). Some may involve international transfers covered by standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@noucodi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
