Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You don't need technical knowledge to understand the audit and get clarity on the next steps. We handle everything and explain it in business terms.
Why does the price go up?
It's a launch price. Every time we complete an audit for a new client, it goes up €100, until it gets closer to its market value. We honor the price in force when we send you the payment link for 3 days.
When do I pay?
Only if we approve your request. We'll email you a secure payment link (Stripe) and a confidentiality agreement before you share any company data with us.
What exactly do I get?
A private online report, with a link for each person on your team (with or without amounts), which you can also save as a PDF: the map of your 3 key processes with their step-by-step guide, the AI opportunities with the estimated savings of each, the cybersecurity assessment and the phased roadmap. Plus a 1-hour video call to walk you through it.
How long does it take?
7 business days from when we receive payment and the questionnaire answers.
What if nothing about how we work is written down?
That's normal. The questionnaire starts from how things are done today, described by the people who do them, and we write the step-by-step guide for each process.
Does it work for my industry?
We work with service companies, accounting firms, remodeling, retail and other industries with repetitive tasks. We review every request before charging: if we don't see possible improvements in your case, we tell you.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives general ideas. We start from how your team actually works, with its times and costs, calculate the savings of each improvement, review the security risks and give you a concrete order to apply it.
Is my data used to train any AI?
No. The questionnaire doesn't ask for your customers' data, passwords or invoices, only how the work is done, and the AI tools we use are set up not to train on the information we give them.
What payment methods do you accept?
By card through Stripe, from any country, or by bank transfer to our account in Andorra. Payments are in euros, and the invoice is issued by Realitzats JNAD S.L. (Andorra), the company that owns NouCodi.
Will we work in person or remotely?
Remotely. We work with companies in Spain, Andorra, Latin America and other countries through video calls and online tools.
Can I hire you directly for the implementation?
We always start with an audit, because that's what lets us propose the right solution rather than a generic one. If you then decide to have us implement it, the audit price is fully deducted from the implementation quote.
Am I required to hire you for the implementation afterwards?
No. The full report is yours — opportunities, cybersecurity audit and a step-by-step plan in order of priority — and you can execute it with whoever you want.
How much time will my team need to spend?
About 1 hour per person to complete the questionnaire, plus a 1-hour video call where we explain the results, meant for managers: anyone who wants can join. All the work of processing the information, identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing security and building the roadmap is done by us.
Do I need to give access to my systems or software?
No. The audit is done through the questionnaire and conversations with your team. We'd only ask for access if you later decide to have us implement the improvements, always with accounts and permissions you control.
What if the audit concludes AI isn't a fit for my business?
We review every request before charging precisely to avoid that: we only accept audits where we see real potential. The report also includes process improvements and the cybersecurity audit, which are valuable in themselves.
How is my company's information protected?
We sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any data and only work with business-account tools. We also handle your information under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), considered one of the strictest standards in the world and more demanding than most national laws, including those in Latin America and the United States. Wherever you are, your information gets the highest level of protection.
How much does it cost to implement the improvements?
It depends on what you decide to implement. The report includes the estimated savings of each improvement, so you can compare cost and return before deciding anything. And if we implement it, the audit cost is deducted from the quote.
